He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Riegler, Sr. and Marion Riegler; his wife Ellen L. Riegler; his brother Eugene Riegler; and his granddaughter Courtney M. Hendrix.
He is survived by: his children, Betty M. Tucker (Glenn) of Fort Worth, Richard L. Riegler, III (Kelly) of Port St, Lorri A. Cevallos (Ricardo) of Daytona Beach, Chelsea D. Riegler of Somerset and Grant L. Kemmerer, III (Jamie) of Pittsburgh; and his siblings, James Riegler, Peter Riegler, Lawrence Riegler, Stephen Riegler and Dorianne Parapar. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Richard to the Church of the Good Shepherd, 402 Willowbank Street, Bellefonte, Pa 16823.
