He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth A. Baney; his children, Kyla Baney, Douglas Baney of Mill Hall and Steven Baney of Julian; his stepchildren, Serenity Packer of Julian, Mason Packer and Tyler Walk; his stepgranddaughter Skylor Bierly; his siblings-in-law, Julie Mesmer, Marie Mesmer and Zane Mesmer; his nephew Anthony Baney; and his nieces, Nevaeh Baney, Celina McGrail, Destiny Mesmer and Emilee Webster.
