He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph W. Moyer and Mary Moyer (Holderman); his siblings, Sherman, Helen, John, Russ and Ralph; and his wife Janice A. Moyer.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Scafedi (Michael) of Greensburg, James "Jim" Moyer, Jr. (Tammy) of Port Matilda and Mike Moyer (Deb) of Port Matilda; and his sister Shirley Rote. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
