He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Stanley Purcell and Adelina Purcell (Benedicto); his children, Liam Phillip Purcell and Cassidy Ann Purcell; his sister Angelica Tatterson (Mark) of Vienna, WV; his sister-in-law Melissa Slater (Vince) of Inman, SC; his nieces and nephews, Claire, Camille Tatterson, Genevieve Slater, Sam and Bennett Slater; and also, Bernard and Diana Riddle of Point Pleasant, WV.. He is also survived by wife and children.
