He is survived by: his daughter Britanie Shope (Daniel Davis) of Madara; his grandchildren, Alyssa Marie and Danny Jr.; his brothers, Ronald Hartsock (Diane Tressler) of Julian and Albert Hartsock (Wendy Jo) of Howard; his mother Jane Millard (Harold) of Bellefonte; his stepmother Donna Hartsock of Bedford; his nieces and nephews, Rachael, Heather, Kristen and Caleb; and his pet Josey.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Dennis's name to the Mount Nittany Hospital/Medical Surgical Orthopedic Unit, at 1800 E. Park Avenue, State College, PA 16803, who so graciously cared for him at the time of his passing.
