Allen Wayne Donley Obituary

Allen W. Donley, Jr., 54, of Julian passed away at his home on Thursday, July 13, 2023. Allen was born in Bellefonte on February 4, 1969, the son of the late Allen W. and Helen (Coble) Donley, Sr. He is survived by his sister, Patricia Mandell of Julian and his nephew, Cody Mandell of Julian.

Before his retirement Allen was a truck driver. He was of the Protestant faith and enjoyed watching TV and hanging with his dogs.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
