With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda L. Rager of Josephine, Pennsylvania, born in Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2023 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Sidman and Esther Syster (George); and her husband Carl. She is survived by: her children, Richard Rager of Josephine, PA and Carlene Hilliard; her grandson Aaron; her children, Brian Vance, Brad Vance, Thomas Rager, Emily Rager and Robinson; and her great grandchildren, Scarlet, Finnegan, Marcy, Lilly, Braden, Kolt, Tyler and Cheyenne.
