He is survived by: his children, Michele Kozlowski (late Ron), Linda Gaertner (Thomas), Andrew Mikolay (Dee), Louis Mikolay (Cheryl), Mary Jo Peretik and Daniel Mikolay; and his great grandchild Cole. He is also survived by sister and a brother.
