He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Teets and Martha E. Bowman Teets; his wife Connie E. Reisinger Teets; and his daughter Cassandra Elaine Teets. He is survived by: his sons, Russell G. Teets, Jr. (Jennifer) of Washington, D. C. and Raymond R. Teets (Cheyenne) of Manchester; his siblings, Glen W. Teets (Jean) of Campbelltown, Dennis E. Teets (Michelle) of Palmyra, Dale L. Teets (Wendy) of Annville and Wanda D. Kissinger (Gary) of Lebanon; and his pets, Star, Reaper and Shadow. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
