She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Underkoffler and Mattie Hand Underkoffler; her husband Clarence Otto; and her siblings, Lloyd, Paul, Fred, Earl Underkoffler, Ruth Thelma, Rachel, Kay and Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Neyer (William "Max") of Tower City and Bradley Deiter (Rose) of Tower City; her stepsons, Fred Otto (Kathryn) and Harry Otto; her brother Craig Underkoffler; her grandchildren, Jesse, Nathan Neyer, Natalie Neyer-Fazzolari, Kevin and Kyle Deiter; and her great grandchildren, Alexa, Gavin, Carson Deiter and Evelyn Fazzolari.
