He was predeceased by: his spouse Donna Geary Rush; his parent John E.; and his children, John Michael and Maureen. He is survived by: his parent Sybil Marie Haas Rush; and his children, Theresa C. Rush of Centennial, CO and Patrick (Tracy Rush) of Rock Falls, IL..
