Goff (Jonestown, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 4, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Leo R. Clarke. She is survived by: her parent Dorothy P. Clarke (McGee); her children, James W. Goff, Jr. of Waldorf, MD and Patricia L. (Michael A. Horn) of Jonestown; her grandchildren, Joshua, Kaelyn and Bradley; her great grandchild Braiden; and her siblings, Thomas E. Clarke of Bridgeville and Kathleen L. D'Amico of Carnegie.
