He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Lavenburg Bender; and his brother Edward Bender. He is survived by: his father Donald Bender, Sr.; his wife Lori Bixler Bender; his children, Tanisha Bender and Ricky Bender (Katlyn); his grandchildren, Breah and Collen Bender; and his siblings, Donald Bender Jr. (Jean), Brian Bender (Liz), Raymond Bender (Becky), Cheryl Bixler (Dennis) and Joyce Bender (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
