She was predeceased by: her parents, Winston K. Davis and Grace J. Davis (Foust); her husband Frank E. Chase Jr.; and her sister Vivienne Everhart. She is survived by: her pet Taylor; her sons, Garth D. and Grady A. (Michelle); her grandchildren, Sydney, Reagan, Lochlyn and Dugan; and her nephews, Richard Everhart (Sharyn) and Rodney Everhart.
The family suggests contributions be directed to the Humane Society of Cambria County, 743 Galleria Dr. Ext., Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of Wendy.
