It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Edwards (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 6, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Wayne may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Veronica Edwards; his mother Willie Mae Seals; and his stepfather Reverend Wylie Seals. He is survived by: his siblings, Jesse Edwards, Regina Sow and Lorie Seals; his nephew John Russell Funderburk II; and his aunts, Wilma King and Loretta Hall. He is also survived by cousins; and friends.
