He is survived by: his wife Nancy Berkebile (Johnson); his children, Justin Berkebile (Tammy) and Angela Leventry (JR); his stepchildren, Corrie Johnson and Brian (Rebecca); and his siblings, Connie Berkebile and Rod Berkebile (Alice) of Johnstown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
