She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Tinkle and Elizabeth Tinkle (Kish); her husband Leo Grzybicki; her son Randy Eastman; her brother Clifford W. Tinkle; and her sister-in-law Beverly Tinkle.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Grzybicki (Pamela); her grandchildren, Blake and Madison; her brother Ronald Tinkle; her sister-in-law Dolores Tinkle (Lopresti); and her daughter-in-law Paula Spatafora. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
