She is survived by: her husband Frank Blair; her children, Yvonne (Brian Krise) and Roger Logue; her brother Kevin Wayne Jacoby; her grandchildren, Katelyn (Devon Marshall), Abbigail, Daelan and Alexandria; her great grandchildren, Jason, Anastasia and Jacob; her nephew Gregory; and her pet Diesel.
