He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Horner and Margaret Horner (Page); and his siblings, Theodore, Neil, Mearl and Faith (Housel).
He is survived by: his children, Debra Gehlman (Horner), Johnstown (Larry Gehlman), Robert E. Horner "Toby", Lancaster (Tracy Horner), Gregg Horner (Kathleen Horner) of Frederick, MD and Traci Krzywicki (Horner); his grandchildren, Meghan Ganser (Ronald Dias), Stephen Ganser (Michaella Fickes), Abel Horner (Alex Valenzuela), Attie (Horner), Frey (Matthew Frey), Grace Drinkard, Owen Krzywicki and Paige Krzywicki; and his great grandchildren, Zander, Chancellor Frey and Tejas Dias. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
