He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Stephens and Rita Stephens (Bopp); and his brother Kenneth Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Roseann Stephens (Brown); his children, Charles (Charlotte), Jessica, Cathleen (Corey) and Shannon (Terry); and his sister Cindy (Paul). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hindman Funeral Home (1521 Frankstown Rd, Johnstown, PA 15902). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
