He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald J Stephenson and Rita L Stephenson (Horne). He is survived by: his wife Katherine (Koop); his pet Teddy; and his siblings, David (Joan Wojnaroski), Ronda (Mike Kovalcik) and Jonathan.
