He was predeceased by: his sister Kathryn; and his parents, Rod Schroeder and Sue Schroeder. He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Betsy (Nicki Campbell), Peter (Megan), Jillian Lusk (Bill), Andrew (Allison Patch) and Bradley (Monica); his grandchildren, Grant, Thompson, Celia, Ruby, Harrison, Evan, Arthur, Lena and Chloe; and his siblings, Tom Schroeder (Jacque), MaryBeth Landherr (Lynn) and Julie Schroeder Ranz (Ted).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Seminary Ridge Museum, the American Battlefield Trust and the Gettysburg Foundation.
