He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Horner and Betty Horner (Wilkie); his brother Clarence; his nephew Clarence Jr.; his former wife Martha Horner; his niece Barbara; and his sisters-in-law, Bessie, JoAnn and Esther.
He is survived by: his brothers, William D. and Richard S.; his nieces and nephews, William G (Judith), Amy (Wayne Munoz), Leona, Lelia, Lee, Lynne, Walt and Richard; his stepdaughters, Tammy Gennett (John) and Sherry Horton; his stepgrandchildren, Lexy, Hunter and Hayden; and his friend Al Becker.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the West Hills Community Church (175 Woodmont Rd, Johnstown, PA 15905). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
