He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Scott and Magdeline Scott (Schreyer); his aunt Mercedes Scott; his wife Mary Catherine (Smith); his son Thomas; his brother Raymond; and his grandfather Philip.
He is survived by: his children, Donald (Lorraine Adams), Robert (Marcella Piskura), Margaret (Kenneth Dorian) and Philip, Jr. (Susan Stofa); his daughter-in-law Judy (late Thomas); his grandchildren, Gabriela, Danielle, David (Apryle), Sally (Bradley), Sandy Brad (Ryan), Jesse (Kayla), Tracie, Melinda (David), Ken (Molly), Sean, Katie (Kevin), Shannon (Frank), Ian (Michelle) and Brandi (Mike); and his siblings, Phyllis Walker (Larry) and Dean. He is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John Henderson Company Funeral Home (215 Central Ave, Johnstown, PA 15902). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Gualbert Cathedral (117 Clinton St, Johnstown, PA 15901).
