He was predeceased by: his parent William Maines. He is survived by: his parent Elsie Maines (Rolley); his children, Paul Maines, Jr (Courtney), Jeremy Maines, Shanda Johnson (Richard), Jessica Lange (Scott), Julia, Gabrielle and Sara "Bean"; and his siblings, William Maines, Joseph Maines, Jo Anna Lewis and Kathleen Rudeck. He is also survived by pet dog "Thor" and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
