He was predeceased by: his father John Paul. He is survived by: his mother Carol A. Chupko (Pelesky); his siblings, Connie Bodenschatz (Barry) of Streetsboro, OH, Matthew Chupko (Monda) of Sebring, FL, Daniel Chupko, Laura Gay (Jim) and Lynda Chupko; and his nieces and nephews, Abbie, Hayden, Lauren, Jimmy (Brandi), Matthew, Mackenzie and Logan.
Viewing was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship (3429 Elton Rd, Johnstown, PA 15904). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
