Spishak; her siblings, Lillian Brutz, Helen Golub, Jenny Leck, Sophie Regula, Mary Kollar, Phillip and Joseph Tarsovich; and her son-in-law John Stephans.

She is survived by: her children, Georgette Stephans and Carl Spishak (Janet); her grandchildren, John Stephans and Ryan Spishak (Krista); her daughter Hope (Luke Spishak); and her brother James Tars (Lin).
