He was predeceased by: his parents, John Teplica Sr. and Mary Teplica (Payto); and his siblings, John Jr., George, Stephen, Joseph, Mary Mirilovich, Margaret Evans, Anna Mishurda, Helen Teplica and Pauline Fetsko.
He is survived by: his brother Nicholas Teplica (Anita) of Johnstown; and his close friends, Crystal, Joshua and David. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
