He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Boulineau. He is survived by: his father Mintmier; his son Christopher Michael Turner; his siblings, Robert Silk and Beth Boulineau (Seth Carter); and his nephew Dennis.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Geisel Funeral Home (734 Bedford St, Johnstown, PA 15902).
