He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Magistro and Irene Magistro (Appley); and his daughter Maddie. He is survived by: his wife Christine (Wurtzel); his daughters, Alexis (Shawn Baum), Alexandra and Abigail; his granddaughters, Elena Mae and Charlotte Kae; and his siblings, Ted (Jill), John (Marilyn) and Debbie (Tom Gill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
