She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fisher and Jennie Fisher (Pizer); her husband Francis Robert Stephens; and her children, Michael Francis Stephens and Jennie Sue Stephens.

She is survived by: her children, Teresa Stephens-Martin and David A. Stephens; her grandchildren, Scott, Mary, Brian and Vanessa; her sister Sally Feathers; and also, Johnstown, Tracy Wilson, Krings and Dale.
