She was predeceased by: her parents, Wasyl Roman and Mary Roman (Statnick); and her son-in-law James Kudel. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Urbanik; and her children, Jan Kudel, Terri Murphy (Thomas) and Mark Urbanik (Amy). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
