She was predeceased by: her parents, Spencer Hoffman and Marden Hoffman (Jones); her husband Robert; and her brothers, Robert and Rev. William Hoffman.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Judi Ayars, Joanne Vernalli, Shirley Sunderland and Pat Smolen; her nephew W. Randy Hoffman; her niece Wendy Raviotta; and her great-niece Sarah Stigers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
