She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Block and Olive Block (Allison); and her brothers, Charles Block, Don Block and Henry Block.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas H. Miller Sr.; her children, Thomas H. Miller Jr. (Sandy), Bryan D. Miller, James R. Miller, Jodi and Michael K. Miller (Amy); and her sisters, Betty Daily, Joanne Marks and Linda Cairns. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Arbutus Church of the Brethren Pet food pantry in memory of Lillian P. Miller.
