She is survived by: her mother Linda Azzoli; her siblings, Jim and Kristine Azzoli; her father Richard Azzoli; her great-aunt Phyillis "Peaches" Glass; her grandmother Elaine Azzoli; her uncles, Bill Azzoli and Bill Morihlatko; her aunt Mary Elena Griffith (Azzoli); and her cousin Jesse Schloski.
