She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Smith (Williams). She is survived by: her father Frederick Smith; her stepmother Kathryn Will; her daughter Danielle; her brother Daniel; and her former husband Brent Betz.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary (921 Menoher Blvd, Johnstown, PA 15905). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
