He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Medvesky and Jeanette Medvesky; and his sister Marlene (Margaret "Margie"). He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Theresa Smith (Hajduk) and Michael Kost (MaryAnn Hajduk); his nephew John Hajduk (Eve); his great-nephews, John (Haley), Billy and Morgan; his great-niece Liz (Josh); and his friend Johnstown Subway. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, caring neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests the charities that Jim contributed to: Wounded Warriors and Paralyzed Veterans.
