He was predeceased by: his parents, George Follmar and Estelle Follmar (Heider); and his brother George Follmar. He is survived by: his wife Jane Follmar (Tercek); his daughters, Angela Seidel (Bill), Stephanie Henninger (Kenny) and Melissa Wilson; and his grandchildren, Kayla (Deion), Alex (Mikayla), Allison (Phil), Luke (Kristal), Ben, Anne-Marie (Austin), Katherine (Tyrus), Ruby, Liza, Justin and Chad. He is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
