She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Waslewski and Balbina Waslewski (Hiruben); her husband Edward Torak; and her siblings, Edward Waslewski, Joseph Lane and Florence Wozny.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy L. DiMuzio (Tom), Edward R. Torak and Daniel Torak of Pheonix, AZ; her granddaughters, Heather Cotchen and Sarah Torak; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Gabriella, Ethan and Noah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
