He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Fagley and Hazel Fagley (Shirk); his wife Dorothy Fagley; his son Kenneth Fagley; and his granddaughter Rebecca Seigh.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra L. O'Neal and Debra Metzgar. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
