With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Irene Lasagna of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, born in Conemaugh, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Birk and Bertha Birk (Kalinyak); her husband Paul; and her brothers, Thomas, John and Edward.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Lynda Kerr), Jean (Martin Ryba), Linda (Dean Black) and Kathy (Robert Woloschuk); and her brother William (Silvia Cabella).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Henderson-Makuchan Funeral Home (434 1st St, Conemaugh, PA 15909). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Transfiguration (220 Oak St, Conemaugh, PA 15909).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Church of the Transfiguration.
