Helen Tomb Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Tomb of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 4, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Walter Campbell and Nellie Campbell (Mansfield); her husband Willard B. Tomb; her siblings, James, William, Leroy Campbell and Louise; and her stepson James Garrity.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Bobbie) and Douglas of Johnstown; her stepchildren, Donald Tomb (Suzanne) and Diana Garrity (Tomb) of Murrells Inlet, SC.; her grandchildren, Jason, James, Shane, Laura Tan (Tomb) and Jennifer Hornback (Tomb); her great grandchildren, Ryan, Taylor, Ellie, Henry, Moira and Rowan; and her great great grandchildren, Sadie and Jameson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the John Henderson Company Funeral Home (215 Central Ave, Johnstown, PA 15902). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ferndale Community Church, Vickroy Avenue, Johnstown Pa.
