He was predeceased by: his father Gregory Costlow; his grandparents, Donald and Jean Costlow; his uncle Kelly Kacian; and his niece Kay-Lynn Durant.
He is survived by: his children, Geo Feliciano, David Roman, Lexie Costlow, James Parks, III and Jayce Costlow; his sister Krystian Costlow (Daniel Andrews); his niece Pyper Andrews; and his aunt Diane Kacian (Don Hochstein).
