She was predeceased by: her parents, James Berkebile and Mary Jane Berkebile (Belihar). She is survived by: her child Lori A. Tomak; her great grandchild Abigail Jane Watters; and also, Philip, Toni Tomak (Cwik), Jill (Tomak), Richard Kelly, Amy (Tomak) and Scott Michaels.
