He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Witkosky and Gladys Witkosky (Goodwin); his stepmother Frances Elizabeth "Betty" Witkosky (Gates); his brother Jim Witkosky; his stepbrother David Horton; his brother-in-law Calvin Roland; and his granddaughter Naomi Gamber.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann (Price); his former wife Marie (Rozum); his children, Daniel of Johnstown, John of Johnstown, Julie of Johnstown, Suzanne Witkosky of Johnstown, Eric Farabaugh (MaryEllen) of State College and Stephanie Stevens (Brian) of Johnstown; his sisters, Shirley Duvall of Lancaster, Arlene Roland of New Jersey, Connie Gavin and Frances Freeman (Cliff); his siblings-in-law, John Rozum and Betty Witkosky; and also, Megan (Julie), Gabriel (Daniel), Abby, Dylan (John), Mason, Julian, Jacob (Suzanne), Allen, Garrett, Leah (Eric), Colin and Luke (Stephanie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
