He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin R. Lewis and Jean E. Lewis (Wills); and his close friend Pearl Acevedo. He is survived by: his siblings, Frances "Fran" Mehall (George), Emma Jean Sabrese (Brad), Richard Lewis (Terri), Candice Fabrizio (Jim) and Robbin Hurley (Francis); and his close friend Candy Smolk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
