He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Horner and Vernie Horner (Hockensmith); and his daughter Shelie Horner. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Horner (Williams); and his children, Carl Horner (Rachael), Kathie McClintock (Jim), Kerry Horner (Annabelle), Randy Horner (Barbara) and Karen Wilt (David). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
