She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barzensky and Lottie Ciupak (Chubski); her husband Stephen Harchick Jr.; her siblings, Grace Lee, Mary Passano, Julia Guido, Gladys DiTullo, Andrew and George Ciupak; her aunt Virginia Partsch (Barzensky); and her uncles, Michael "Mac" and Philip Barzensky.
She is survived by: her sons, Theodore J. (Beverly Allen), Michael A. (Susette Swanger) and Richard P.; her grandchildren, Lindsay, Jason and Jonathan; her great grandchildren, Madison and Mason; and her siblings, Gloria Kempisty, Loretta Ciupak and Victor Ciupak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc. (710 Broad St, Johnstown, PA 15906). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Resurrection Catholic Church (324 Chestnut St, Johnstown, PA 15906). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 PM at the Grandview Cemetery (801 Millcreek Rd, Johnstown, PA 15905).
