She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Borrows and Madeline G. Borrows (Motter); her siblings, Robert Burrows, June Tuite, Billie Sturey and Margaret Margic; and her former husband Lawrence Lehman Sr..
She is survived by: her son Larry Lehman Jr. of Johnstown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the F. G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc. (710 Broad St, Johnstown, PA 15906). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (1530 Frankstown Rd, Johnstown, PA 15902).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Eileen L. Lehman.
