She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chervenak and Anna Chervenak (Vance); her husband Charles Stanley Wisz; and her siblings, John Elmer Chervenak and Mary Ann Palumbo (Chervenak).
She is survived by: her children, Mary Anna (Edward Benedick) of Johnstown, Charlotte Marie Debias of Windber, Charles John (Dawn) and Marsha Wisz (David Strushensky) of Johnstown; and her godchildren, Raymond, Cynthia and Sandra. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
